Kazema accepts the following payment methods for orders and business transactions.
Debit & Credit Cards
We accept payments using our secure card payment machine for most major card networks, including:

- Maestro
- UnionPay (subject to availability)
Customers may complete payments at our office or through our authorized sales representatives using our approved payment devices.
Cash Payments
Cash payments are accepted for eligible orders in accordance with UAE regulations.
Customers are advised to collect an official Kazema receipt after every cash payment.
Bank Transfer
We accept direct bank transfers for approved quotations. After confirming your order, our sales team will provide:
- Company bank account details
- Quotation reference
- Payment instructions
Production or delivery may begin only after payment has been confirmed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cheque Payments
Kazema accepts company and personal cheques, subject to approval. Cheque payments may require:
- Verification
- Clearance by the issuing bank
- Approval by our finance department
Orders requiring manufacturing or customization may begin only after cheque clearance unless otherwise agreed.
Advance Payments
Certain products and custom manufacturing orders require an advance payment before production begins.
Advance payment requirements may vary depending on:
- Product type
- Order value
- Customization requirements
- Delivery location
- Customer agreement
Our sales team will clearly mention the required advance payment within your official quotation.
Payment Confirmation
After your payment is successfully completed, you may receive confirmation through one or more of the following:
- Official receipt
- Tax invoice (where applicable)
- Email confirmation
- WhatsApp confirmation from our authorized sales team
Please keep your payment confirmation for future reference.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed after:
- Payment confirmation is received, or
- Advance payment requirements have been fulfilled.
Manufacturing schedules and delivery dates are provided by our sales team after payment verification.
Payment Security
Kazema is committed to protecting customer payment information.
We do not store complete debit card or credit card information on our website.
Payments are processed using authorized payment systems and approved banking channels.
Failed or Declined Payments
A payment may fail due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Incorrect card information
- Insufficient funds
- Bank authorization failure
- Card restrictions
- Expired cards
- Security verification failure
If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.
Currency
All quotations and invoices issued by Kazema are generally prepared in:
International customers may contact our sales department regarding available payment arrangements.
Invoice Requests
Customers requiring official invoices for business, government, or corporate purposes may request:
- Tax Invoice

- Commercial Invoice (where applicable)
Please provide your company information before invoice generation.
Refunds
Refunds, if approved by Kazema, will generally be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
