About Project
This project features a custom prefab toilet unit with integrated water and waste tanks, deployed in Baynounah, Abu Dhabi. The structure is built on a heavy-duty steel chassis frame with a 50mm Polyurethane sandwich panel roof and insulated cement board walls for durability and thermal efficiency. The layout includes a three-cabin toilet partition and a common area with urinals and a washbasin, providing a comprehensive sanitation solution for the site.
Project Description
Measuring 3m L x 2.5m W x 3m H, the unit features GRP chequered plate flooring over cement board, with a heavy-duty aluminum powder-coated main entrance door. The integrated tanks include a 200-gallon water tank beside the toilet with an automatic pressure pump control and a 500-gallon GRP waste tank built into the steel mounted frame underneath.

Base Frame

Insulation & Wall System
- External Finish: 06 mm thick cement board finished with weather proof emulsion paint
- Internal Finish: 06 mm thick cement board finished with white emulsion
- Wall Insulation: 50mm thick Rock-wool insulation 30kg/m3 density
Roof System
- 50mm Polyurethane Aluminum/GI Sandwich panel exterior flat and interior flat

- Non Concealed 3/4" PPR pipeline for water
- 4" UPVC/MS pipes for wastewater
- 1.5" UPVC/MS pipes for greywater
Tank System
- Water tank: 200 Gallons (Beside the toilet with automatic pressure pump control)
- Waste Tank: 500 Gallons GRP tank with 3inch gate valve and 4inch pipe for sewage removal (Built-in steel mounted frame underneath)
