This project involved the fabrication and installation of a custom curved security cabin equipped with integrated air conditioning for a facility located in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai. The client required a compact yet highly functional insulated security cabin suitable for access control, security monitoring, and operational supervision within an industrial environment. The unit was engineered using a reinforced steel frame structure combined with high-performance insulation materials to ensure durability and thermal efficiency under UAE weather conditions. The cabin was delivered as a fully finished ready-to-use modular unit complete with electrical systems, interior finishing, insulation, and split AC installation.
Project Description
The installed unit is a custom curved Security Cabin with AC (3m L x 2m W x 3.2m H) specifically designed for security operations, monitoring, and controlled site access management. The structure was fabricated using a heavy-duty steel chassis frame with tubular steel sections, central runners, and cross members for enhanced structural stability. All steel components were wire-brushed and coated with protective primer to improve corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
